Shipping Details

Cherry Picked Games typically uses USPS for shipping. Based on temporary logistical needs or destination-specific costs, we reserve the right to use other shipping services.

All shipping costs are based on the approximate weight of the products involved. If the costs seem off, please let us know.

Due to our company’s small size, we do not have an efficient or cheap mechanism for shipping games outside of the US. We charge less than the actual cost of international shipping because we want people to enjoy our games wherever they live, though we realize this expense is still a barrier for many people. CPG works with international distributors, so your best option may be to ask your local game store to order the game. We will cancel orders if geopolitical events prevent shipments from the US to your country.

Expect CPG products to arrive within 2-8 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders. If expedited shipping is needed, contact us.

Missing or Damaged Pieces

If your copy is missing pieces or otherwise incomplete, we can help. We will provide missing pieces for new games for free and will replace pieces of used copies at cost (based on component availability). To make this trade happen, we need the following information:

• A detailed list of the missing components.

• Proof of purchase for new copies.

• Your shipping address.

CPG will hold responsibility for some cosmetic box damage when you order directly from us. We reserve the right to evaluate the need for reimbursements and replacement based on damage severity. Please provide photos of any damage to the game box and shipping container.

In either case, please contact us through the site’s submission form. Our response may end up in your spam folder, so please check in case we need to follow up before taking action.

Returns

CPG does not refund returned games. If you game is damaged or defective, follow the steps in the preceding section to get the game you intended to buy.
