My copy of Far Away is damaged/defective/covered-in-parasites. How can you help?
No robots were used at any level of the manufacturing, production, or delivery, so there may be human errors. Please message us with pictures of the problem and a detailed description. We have replacement parts, so if your copy is missing something, we can replace that instead of shipping another full copy.
My swag is damaged/missing/uncomfortably-hot. How can you help?
The swag pack should have 2 pins (a loneliness icon and an explorer icon), 3 postcards (featuring three different creatures), and a poster. If any of that is missing or damaged, please message us and we’ll replace it. If you got a t-shirt and it’s the wrong size, also message us and we’ll get that fixed.
I have a question about a rule or card. Where should I ask it?
We’re happy to answer any game questions, especially those about Far Away. However, it might prove helpful to the community if you start a thread on Board Game Geek. If you do both, you’ll ensure the correct answer from the developer is forever available to the internet.
Can I still get a copy?
Yes! Visit our website or ask your local retailer to stock Far Away.
